Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re loving your order. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost). Please see our return policy below for the full details:


RETURNS

Please know that all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase. Also, all returned items must be unopened, unused, and in new condition with all original labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our friendly customer care department at Info@NuKineWellness.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We also strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. 


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email notifying you that your item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, please allow at least (5-7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note, depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. 


EXCEPTIONS

  • Opened items and items without original labeling
  • Sale items 
  • Items which don't include RMA #.
