1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item, or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. All United States orders only over $75 qualify for Free Shipping. Payment for shipping will be collected with the items you purchase and this price will be the final price for your total order. All Canadian orders ship USPS Priority Mail International at a flat rate of $29.99.
3. Where We Ship
Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada. Domestically, NuKine Wellness ships from Pennsylvania to all states in the U.S. except for the following locations where Kratom is currently not allowed:
4. Shipping Carriers
Our shipping carriers include United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Shipping (UPS).
5. Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 8 days. All Canadian orders ship USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate which takes an estimated 10-15 days to arrive.
6. Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 12PM, Eastern Standard Time will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our fulfillment center operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time our fulfillment center and offices will be closed. Our website will still be open if you would like to place and order, but please keep in mind orders will be shipped out after the holiday.
7. Change Of Delivery Address Request
If a change of delivery address is needed, we will be more than happy to help as long as the request is made prior to the order being dispatched.
8. P.O. Box Shipping
NuKine Wellness will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
9. Military Address Shipping
We apologize, but we do not ship to any military bases.
10. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
11. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at Info@NuKineWellness.com so that we can conduct an investigation.
12. Tracking Notifications
After placing an order, customers will receive a tracking link that will allow them follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. In addition, customers have the option to track their package using Route.
Note: If after 24 hours your tracking link is still showing 'Pre-Shipment', this means USPS has forgotten to scan the package. Don't be alarmed. Your order has in fact been shipped the same day it was placed and is in transit to its destination. If after 6 business days your order is still showing 'Pre-Shipment', please contact our customer care department so we can investigate.
13. Damaged, Lost or Stolen In Transit Items
If an item you purchased arrives damaged, please contact us and we will happily replace the item for you, but we are not accountable for lost, or stolen packages after the driver confirms delivery.
If possible, we advise following the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in person.
You will receive an email or SMS notification when the package has been delivered. If you cannot find your package, please do the following:
- Allow 24-48 hours to see if the package arrives. Some mail carriers will mark the package as delivered, when in fact the package is still in transit.
- Check anywhere at the delivery address where the shipping provider may have hidden the package;
- Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package;
- Check with your local post office or USPS/UPS point to see if they may have the package.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
