Absolutely. Our number one priority at NuKine is the safety of our customers, and that's why we take lab testing very serious. Each lot we receive is tested by a non-affiliated, third-party lab for contaminants, adulterants, potency, and heavy metals. Each product at NuKine Wellness is labeled with a QR code that can be scanned to take you directly to its lab report. You can also view our current lab reports here.

When a vendor carries an excessive number of strains, this can be a huge red flag. A lot of vendors will fill orders using the same batch of Kratom and call it something different, just to show they offer a large variety of strains. It can also be a red flag that they are not operating under Good Manufacturing Practices due to the issues that arise from maintaining such a vast inventory. Yes! Not only do we offer free shipping on every order over $75, we also ship same day on orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Please note, this is only valid for USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Days) shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not offer free shipping outside the United States.

NuKine offers free USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business day shipping on every order over $75, but we understand there may be times where you need your order sooner. If that happens, we made sure to offer additional shipping options, which include, USPS Priority Mail (1-5 Business Days), USPS Priority Express (1-2 Day Guarantee), & UPS Next Day Air. Please Note: Only USPS Priority Express and UPS Next Day are the shipping choices with guaranteed arrival times. All other options may experience delays and arrive after the estimated times provided by the shipping carriers.

For our Canadian customers, we offer UPS Standard and USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping option is based on order weight size.

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm, Eastern Standard Time will ship same day. Most USPS Ground Advantage mail arrives within 2-5 Business Days, but depending on the size of your order, we may need to ship USPS ground, which takes between 2-8 business days. Please note, we do not offer same-day shipping on weekends and national holidays.

All Canadian orders ship USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate which takes an estimated 10-15 days to arrive. 

At NuKine Wellness, we ship every order on the same day it's received, except for weekends and holidays. If you notice that your tracking information is still in the 'Pre-Shipment' status after 24 hours, this does not necessarily mean that your order has not been shipped. Unfortunately, it's most likely an indication that USPS forgot to scan the package. If that's the case, not to worry. Even though you're not able to track your package, your order is still on its way to its destination and will arrive in 3-5 business days. If your order hasn't arrived after 6 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

Our main goal is customer satisfaction and we make every effort to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order. If we were unable to live up to the high standards we set for ourselves and a return is needed, we offer a hassle free 30 day money back guarantee on any unopened item. If you're a local customer and need your order quickly, we recommend choosing the USPS Priority Mail option during checkout. This option usually leads to your wellness package reaching your doorstep within 2 business days, and in many instances, even overnight!
