I have used a few different sleep ***** before and all of them left me with this sleepy feeling the next day. They also got me to sleep but once I woke up in the middle of the night, it was hard to get back to sleep again. The Red Bali kept me relaxed throughout the night and when I woke up I was able to get back to sleep rather quickly.
I am buying some more of these for myself and buying some for family and friends !
